Sir Walter the Raleigh ! ....
....has this startling air of
having something missing!

Bit of a technique
getting into this BOND,
but, once in, there's as
much room as in my
own car.

Bond's 750 twin engine.
No reverse: turn off,
engine, throw a switch,
restart and it goes
backwards! (Have I got that
right?)

BR's and GKS's wheels
(All seven of 'em)

Monstrous and beautiful
Alvis Speed 20
(Another classic machine
with stuff like the grease
gun stowed under the bonnet.)

Very rare Ford 10
Prefect convertible.

HUDSON
I cannot come to terms with
wheels with steel rims
and hubs but wooden
spokes!

This was a good turnout
with a great range of
cars, some of which I hadn't
seen before.

Weather was disappointingly
variable, hot sun (briefly)
one minute and drizzling
on the next.

Large number of visitors -
hope Belsay Hall
appreciated our powers
of attraction!

For the Reliant mob:
There were three there,
one Coupé, a GTE (Se6a?)
and my SS1, also a Robin
(Rialto?) - engined Liège.
And I didn't photograph
any of them!
