WHY Having tried to
use commercial blog sites way back in 2006/7 with such limited success that I have
abandoned them, I am building this one privately, just for the
satisfaction of building a site using HTML rather than fancy
website-building programmes. This means that there is no close
link to all the myriad of world-wide blogs, but this is of no
